What do we have for high school students at HCC?
HCC High School:CHASE THE PIG is a high school movement. Our high school activists are committed to chasing away ignorance and arrogance through service to others. We huddle up each Sunday night at 6 p.m. to "Chase the Pig!" Great food, live music, surprise guests, and hot topics. On Wednesdays at 2:30, CTP activists meet at the Peninsula library and make the trip to East Tacoma, where we mentor at-risk students at First Creek Middleschool. We return at 5 pm knowing that we have invested in a relationship that matters. When we Chase the Pig by giving our time and talents, we are offering hope now instead of imposing institutional remedies later. The chase is on.
